Which printing process do you use?

We work primarily in screen printing. For small runs and photo-realistic motifs we also use the DTF process, plus machine embroidery.

Do you offer embroidery as well?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we've offered machine embroidery since 2023. The minimum order is 12 pieces per motif.

Question 3

What's the maximum print and embroidery size?

Accepted Answer

In screen printing up to approx. DIN A3 (about 35 × 45 cm), depending on the garment. Embroidery motifs up to approx. 30 × 20 cm.

How should my artwork files be set up?

Accepted Answer

Ideally as a vector file (AI, EPS, PDF) or high-resolution at min. 300 dpi at original size. For embroidery, clear, not-too-fine motifs work best.

Which inks do you use?

Accepted Answer

We print with water-based inks, discharge inks and plastisol. Special and effect inks such as metallic, neon, reflective or glow-in-the-dark are also available.

Do you also print on garments I bring myself?

Accepted Answer

By arrangement, yes. Please note that we cannot guarantee the print result on third-party garments.

Do you offer textiles from brands other than STANLEY/STELLA?

Accepted Answer

Yes, besides Stanley/Stella we carry AS Colour, Earth Positive, Comfort Colors and other brands.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Screen printing from 30 pieces per design, DTF from 10 pieces, embroidery from 12 pieces.

Can I freely choose sizes and colours of the textiles?

Accepted Answer

Yes, within a single order you can freely combine sizes and colours.

Can I be invoiced?

Accepted Answer

For business customers and by arrangement, purchase on invoice is possible.

Question 11

The delivered quantity differs from my order

Accepted Answer

Due to production, small over- or under-deliveries within industry norms are possible; you'll be billed for the actual delivered quantity.
