Sometimes print is the better fit. If your artwork has many colours, gradients or needs to be photorealistic, embroidery reaches its limits. In that case we print your caps using DTF on Mimaki printers with original ink. DTF is possible from 10 pieces and has no colour surcharges – a colourful design costs the same as a single-colour one.
In short: for durable logos we recommend embroidery, for colourful or complex artwork DTF printing. We're happy to talk through what makes the most sense for your project.

Want your logo to stand out? With 3D or puff embroidery we raise certain areas of your artwork. A foam sits underneath the thread and gives the embroidery a raised, three-dimensional look – an effect you know from premium snapbacks and streetwear caps.
Puff embroidery works especially well for bold letters, clear logos and simple shapes. Fine details are better left to flat embroidery. If you want to give your caps a striking, high-quality appearance, 3D embroidery is a strong differentiator. Just let us know and we'll check whether your artwork is suitable.

Getting your caps is straightforward. We embroider from 12 pieces per design. First your logo is digitised into an embroidery file – this “punching” translates your artwork into individual stitches so the machine works cleanly. Then we agree the thread colours with you. Up to 8 thread colours are included in the price, and we stitch with high-quality Madeira thread in a wide colour range.
Ideally you send your logo as a vector file or in high resolution. If you don't have that at hand, get in touch anyway – we'll see what's possible. Once artwork and colours are approved, we produce your run on our Barudan machines.
